The board of Shemaroo Entertainment on Monday approved an investment of ₹9 crore in Mumbai-based Dominiche Productions Private Limited, by acquiring 50 per cent stake in the latter. Subsequent to the acquisition, Dominiche will become its associate company. Shares of Shemaroo Entertainment slipped 2.5 per cent at ₹399.75 on the BSE.
