I'm not in his shoes, so it actually depends on his fitness and it will be up to him to decide.

Basically, the player is very positive, he is always very positive because yes, definitely, he is a very positive person in life not only in football." 2.

It is true that after 1-1 in Amsterdam, they're favourites and we know that we have to score here.

We know that we have to overcome again another limit, that's very clear to all of us.

Also last week in Amsterdam we clearly demonstrated that we can play well, we can definitely do very well." 3.

TEN HAG ON PITCH WATCHING PLAYERS TRAINING STORY: Ajax's Erik ten Hag on Monday (April 15) said he hoped to have midfielder Frenkie de Jong against Juventus in Tuesday's (April 16) Champions League quarter-final second leg clash.

On the eve of the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Juventus, Ajax coach Erik ten Hag confirmed that there are still doubts that De Jong will play after he went off after just 22 minutes of the Dutch league game against Excelsior Rotterdam on Saturday (April 13) clutching his hamstring.

"We'll listen to the doctors but it is up to the player to make a decision", he said.

"The player is very positive, he is always very positive".

De Jong, who moves to Barcelona at the end of the season, had an impressive showing in last week's clash in Amsterdam which ended 1-1.

Ten Hag added that he thinks Juventus are the favourites and admitted his side will have to "overcome again another limit" to come out on top.
