Two arrested with heroin
Focal Point police have arrested two perons, identified as Rinku and Gautam Chawla of Shimlapuri, with 12 gm heroin. The accused were nabbed from a check post established at Neechi Mangali village.
Thieves target realtor’s office
Unidentified miscreants targeted the office of a property advisor in Janakpuri and escaped with two laptops, two smart phones, five pen drives and papers of a plot. Complainant Mukesh Kumar said he had gone out for lunch and on his return found the office ransacked and valuables stolen. Division 2 police have registered a case.
Man held with illicit liquor
The police have arrested Sooraj of Prem Nagar with 38 bottles of illicit liquor from near civil hospital. He was arrested following a tip-off when the accused was passing through the area on his scooter. Division 2 police have registered a case against him.
