Ujjain: Criminals threaten trader in an attempt to extort Rs 5 lakh

In yet another shocking incident, two criminals threatened a trader in Ujjain and opened fire in the air in an attempt to extort Rs 5 lakh from him on Agar road. The accused barged into the Manish Rathore's shop at Mohan Nagar square and threatened him with a knife. The criminals asked him to pay Rs 5 lakh as extortion, according to cops. The perpetrators flashed a knife at Rathore and opened fire in the air before fleeing from the spot.
