Tribeca ties up with Logix to enter Noida’s realty market
Noida: The city’s increasing consumer base has now drawn the attention of Tribeca, the Mumbai-based real estate developers better known for their collaborative boutique residential projects with The Trump Organization in India. Tribeca has announced a tie-up with Noida’s Logix group to create a line of mixed-use projects, the first of which will start taking shape within three months adjacent to the Logix City Centre mall in Sector 32.

The MoU was signed between the two groups on April 11. A pact for another collaborative project will be inked in a week’s time.

While the land for the first mixed-use project will be provided by Logix, Tribeca would develop and market the product. Mixed-use buildings combine shopping or commercial, living and working facilities under a single roof.

“This is a new concept in real-estate development and we are planning a few of these in Noida,” Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca, told TOI. “The first project could be roughly worth Rs 350 crore,” he added.
