The actor from the Trivago commercials was arrested in Houston for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

????Houston police say 52-year-old Timothy Williams was found passed out behind the wheel of his car around three in the morning.

????He was apparently in a moving lane of traffic with his foot on the brake, according to police.????FOX26 Houston reports that he then failed a sobriety test and submitted a blood sample before being charged.

????And the Houston Chronicle says Williams was ordered to have a mental health or intellectual disability assessment before being released on $100 bond.

????He is set to appear in court on April 17th.??
