The Crime Branch is learnt to have arrested Bilal and Vipin, hailing from Ernakulam, in connection with the firing incident near a beauty parlour at Panampilly Nagar months ago.
Preliminary reports suggest that they came into contact with gangster Ravi Pujari through a gang based in Kasaragod.
