Halloumi is enjoying its day in the sun.
As the number of Brits giving up meat and choosing a vegetarian diet increases, so too does our lust for decadent options.
And Aldi has swept in once again to satisfy our craving, the Mirror reports .
The brand's highly sought after halloumi fries have returned to store, and they're as excited about it as we are.
"Specially Selected Halloumi Fries, £2.29 (190g) available to buy in-store from 8 April. We repeat this is NOT a drill," Aldi said.

Aldi was the first supermarket to launch the item, and now they're back in store - although costing 30p a pack more than last time.
The last time they went on sale, Aldi's halloumi fries were constantly selling out in stores all over the nation.
So popular were they, the budget German supermarket was forced to officially limit the number of packs it would sell to one person following a mass surge in sales after their release last summer.
Aldi's offering is inspired by a similar product on sale at Nando’s.
The budget supermarket describes its Specially Selected Halloumi Fries as "made with scrumptiously soft - and salty - halloumi cheese from Cyprus and a lightly seasoned coating making them the perfect side or snack for sharing".
"So, get the sauce ready, start dipping and say hallou to halloumi heaven!" the supermarket added.
Don't mind if we do!
