New Delhi: At least two people were injured after part of a foot overbridge collapsed in Navi Mumbai's Vashi on Thursday. The bridge, located in Sagar Vihar area, collapsed around 8 pm.
Regional Disaster Management Cell chief Santosh Kadam said Fire Brigade personnel rushed to the spot and the injured were admitted to nearby hospital.
The incident comes a month after a foot overbridge in Mumbai's Andheri area collapsed, killing seven people. The mishap had taken place on the evening of March 14.
