A man on the run from lowndes county deputies is found hiding in a storage unit.

Kristopher kellum was arrested this morning in monroe county, near hamilton.

The united states, marshal service fugitive task force ,and highway patrolmen got a tip about his location.

Lowndes county investigators say, kellum had a gun on him, at the time of the arrest.

He had been on the run since sunday night, after running from a state trooper on highway 45.

There was a large manhunt, but kellum was never found.

Right now, kellum is being held on a warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
