A bride has been accused of 'fat shaming' her bridesmaid after saying she should pay an extra $7 for the personalised vinyl shirt she wanted because she's a 'size 3XL'.
The anonymous bride posted about the awkward conversation on Facebook, saying the pair had a discussion about putting all of the bridesmaid's 'titles' on the back of shirts to wear before the ceremony.
The bride told the bridesmaid that while the other women could get the tagged up shirts for free, this women would have to pay more money because hers would require more fabric.

In the post the bride said she was 'pretty sure she p***** off the bridesmaid' but 'doesn't care'.
'She called to say that her friends have their titles on the back of their shirts, and she thinks I should do that,' she said.
'I replied that I did their shirts for free and if she wants a title she is free to give me $7 to cover the cost of that vinyl for her 3x shirt.'
While some believed this was fair, other commenters accused the bride of 'fat shaming' her friend.

'I would be out of that wedding so fast,' one woman wrote on the post when it was shared in a wedding shaming Facebook group.
'Why would you even ask someone to be your bridesmaid if you're going to be s****y to her about her size? Just pick thin people you horrible bride,' another said.
A third added: 'Yeah, I'd be taking my 3x a**e out of that wedding SO fast'.
Others were curious as to why she was being so 'petty' over $7.
'Everyone says something they regret at some point in their life... the fact that this bride didn't care that she shamed her friend is the worst part of this post,' another added.
