Times School of Media invites admission applications for PG Diploma in Digital Media (Hindi)

The Times School of Media, Bennett University, has opened online application window for admission to its PG Diploma course in Digital Media (Hindi) for 2019 academic session. With the help of this course, the growing needs of skilled and professionally trained media persons for Hindi newspapers, magazines, TV and radio channels can be catered. This course focuses to impart conceptual, operational and directional skills in news gathering, production and presentation process. This program is designed to give an in-depth knowledge of Mass Communication and related practices to the students.

This skill-based program runs through different aspects of digital storytelling on the platforms like the web, mobiles, WAP and mobile apps.




Eligibility Criteria for the Course

This one year program is segregated into two semesters. To get admission into the program, the basic eligibility is a Bachelor or equivalent degree in any stream. It is also mandatory to appear for an entrance exam to get admission in the program. Through this test, student's proficiency is evaluated that how good he/she is in the Hindi language.

Education Loan Facility & Scholarship


As the Times School of Media has a tie-up with Credence, ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank, so the students can easily avail education loans to get admission. Also, any 2 students who have scored 80% or above are eligible to avail 50% of the tuition fee as scholarship. Around 17 students are given the scholarship by the Times School of Media who have a good percentage/score their graduation


Field Trips & Internship


An essential part of the program, field trips are organized by the Times School of Media. Organized very semester, these field trips help students in gathering information and converting them to reports.


Also, an eight-week internship program is organized for the training of the students. During the internship tenure, students can join any publishing house, magazine, newspaper or a TV news channel of their interest or choice and get trained from there.
