Australian shares have dropped at the open this morning, weighed by Crown Resorts and many of the index heavyweights.
The S&P/ASX 200 Index is down 21.2 points, or 0.3 per cent, to 6200.6.
BHP Group is down 0.9 per cent, Westpac has slid 0.7 per cent and Crown Resorts is down 8.9 per cent.
Janus Henderson is down 3.5 per cent, WorleyParsons has slid 3 per cent and Syrah Resources is down 2.8 per cent.
Transurban is up 0.8 per cent, Newcrest Mining shares are up 1.2 per cent and Goodman Group is up 0.9 per cent.
Tassal Group is trading 2.7 per cent higher, Evolution Mining is up 2.2 per cent and Resolute Mining has climbed 2 per cent.
