5 steps to Sonakshi Sinha’s easy glossy eyes and lips

When it comes to her beauty choices for Kalank promotions, Sonakshi Sinha has kept us guessing. In the last month itself, she has experimented with pink eyeshadow, loose waves, red lipstick and retro curls while promoting the film with co-stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Aditya Roy Kapoor. For her latest outing, Sinha chose a fuss-free straight hairstyle with glossy neutral lips and lids—featuring yet another . Here’s how you can recreate the look yourself.

1. Start by applying some eye primer to ensure that the eye makeup remains creaseless. Frame your eyes with a neutral powder eyeshadow, and work the shade into the crease and lower lash line. Choose a darker shade to apply it over the crease, and then use a shimmery cream shadow like the RMS Eye Polish in Magnetic from the middle of the lid, pulling it outwards.
2. Use a black kohl to line the upper lid, and smudge to make it soft. Curl the lashes with an eyelash curler, and coat them with a volumising mascara like the Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara, which is smudge- and flake-proof.

5. To get Sinha’s hairstyle, rough dry hair with a blow-dryer and comb through with a boar bristle brush if you’re starting with a damp mane. Spritz on a heat protectant spray like the Garnier Fructis Moisture Lock 10-in-1 Rescue Leave-In Spray. Once hair is bone dry, separate into sections and then, while holding the strands taut, run the iron downwards from the root.
