State-of-the-Art Kitchen Will Better Accommodate Guests Seeking One-of-a-Kind Culinary Experience

After more than three months of renovation, Lajollacooks4u is set to reveal its new, state-of-the-art kitchen upgrade. The new kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and modern lighting and fixtures, and will provide additional workspace for the many guests who visit the company’s La Jolla-based venue.
“We’ve seen tremendous growth in the demand for our team-building events and cooking classes over the last eleven years,” said Founder and Chef Jodi Abel. “It is our goal to continue to offer a superior experience, and we’re excited to reveal a more modern and efficient kitchen to meet the rapidly growing culinary needs of our valued guests in 2019.”
With the kitchen now open for business, Lajollacooks4u will resume offering its popular cooking parties and team building cooking packages at its venue, which include Iron Chef-style competitions, pizza-making challenges, tapas cook-offs and more. Each package offers team members an opportunity to collaborate and compete; all while preparing nutritious and delicious farm-to-table recipes.
For teams of 30 people or more, Lajollacooks4u has been hosting its events at off-site venues. Selected venues have included hotels and conference centers, and most recently, the team-building company has hosted its cooking events at the Grand Colonial Hotel, Estancia Hotel and the Hilton Torrey Pines in La Jolla.
