ROUGH CIUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Anti-government demonstrators in Sudan entered a fifth day of protests on Wednesday (April 10) as they participated in a sit-in outside the defense ministry and called for President Omar al-Bashir to step down, video obtained by Reuters showed.
In the video, filmed by a computer engineer and Khartoum resident identified as Omer, thousands of protesters fill the area dancing, banging drums and chanting anti-Bashir slogans.
A number of protesters could be seen carrying a giant Sudanese flag down a street.
Omer told Reuters the protesters are mostly youth who are determined to stay at the site until the government falls.
