The Kerala High Court has ended the proceedings against Kerala Congress (M) chairman K.M. Mani in the bar bribery case following his death.
As the case came up before the court on Wednesday, the petitioners informed the court about the death of the former Finance Minister.
The petitions filed by V.S. Achuthanandan and Biju Ramesh and an appeal filed by Mani against an order of the Vigilance Court ordering further probe in the case were pending before the High Court.
The proceedings were ended as there was no case against any other person other than Mani.
