Ujjain: Municipal commissioner Pratibha Pal inspected Chakor Park on Tuesday and pulled up service provider company Webcos for incomplete plantation in the park and negligence in caring of plants. Pal also instructed the officials concerned to take up beautification of main gate of the park, make arrangements for proper lighting and install of CCTV cameras in the park.
Multilevel parking to be launched in May
The municipal commissioner instructed the officials concerned finish the work of multilevel parking by the end of April. Pal on Tuesday visited the parking site at Mirja Naeem Bag Marg. The commissioner instructed to complete final finishing, lighting and other work during the stipulated time period.
Civic body stops payment to service providers
Service provider companies involved in garbage collection and segregation work were asked to make ward number 36- liter free. Commissioner Pal was reviewing ward wise status of cleanliness. Instructing the officials she ordered to hold payments of Gobal, Devine and Omsai other service provider firms until they arrange to clean garbage in the wards across the city.
