J&K: Curfew imposed in Kishtawar after RSS leader is attacked
Srinagar, Apr 09: Curfew has been imposed in Kishtawar town in Janmu and Kashmir after an RSS leader was attacked.
The attack left the leader wounded, while his security guard was killed. Curfew was imposed as a precautionary measure. Mobile internet services too were suspended following the incident.

Unidentified gunmen are said to have opened fire on the RSS leader Chandrakant Singh and his security guard at the district hospital.

The state is already on high alert for the elections. The state has also reported the highest number of poll code violations.
