I wasn’t going to stop.”????Police say on March 26th, Henry walked off his job in the middle of the day, stole a U-Haul truck and looked for a location to carry out his proposed attack.????Prosecutors say that Henry attempted for nearly two hours to breach the security area of Dulles International Airport…????...before settling on the popular National Harbor tourist area in Maryland, on the outskirts of Washington DC.????Prosecutors say that Henry seeing a small, weekday morning crowd then decided to hide in a boat overnight.????He was then caught the next morning when he leaped over a security fence.????Police later found Henry’s phone discarded on the highway which contained images of the ISIS flag and ISIS fighters.????Henry faces the stolen vehicle charge, but the AP reports that prosecutors are likely to attempt to add more charges related to planning an attack.
