Another family sues Boeing in U.S.

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) The family of 29-year-old Mucaad Abdalla, a Minnesota resident who was newly married and was killed on the Ethopian Airlines 737 MAX crash, is suing Boeing in the U.S., according to the family lawyer Nomi Husain and Abdalla's older brother Hassan Abdi.

The family said Abdalla was on his way to Nairobi from Kenya when the plane went down.

"I never forget him," Mr. Abdi said at a news conference in Houston on Monday.

"I wish he's alive." The attorney said the family is filing the lawsuit in Chicago where Boeing is based out of.

The lawsuit comes after the parents of Samya Stumo, who was reportedly on a work trip when Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crashed on March 10 soon after taking off from Addis Ababa, killing all 157 on board, filed a lawsuit last week against the airline, Boeing Co and Rosemount Aerospace Inc, the manufacturer of a part of the aircraft that is the focus of investigators.
