New Delhi: The Congress will be starting their campaign on Monday in western Uttar Pradesh. Three public meeting will be held in Bijnor, Saharanpur and Shamli.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi will be accompanied by Priyanka Gandhi and Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Parts of western Uttar Pradesh will be heading for polls in the first phase on April 11.
