Samuel Ball was a no-show at Married At First Sight's explosive season finale on Monday night.
Sam, 26, 'decided not to attend' the final reunion dinner party where his ex-wife Elizabeth Sobinoff faced cruel humiliation over his past indiscretions on the experiment.
The 27-year-old store manager was forced to watch degrading footage of Sam mocking her during the boys' night before seeing him 'cheat' with Ines Basic.
Seconds into the last installment of the series, MAFS expert John Aitkin announced to the group: 'I need to tell you that Sam has decided not to attend tonight.'
Elizabeth was seen rolling her eyes before remarking: 'Can't be held accountable for things.'
However this isn't the first time Sam has left Elizabeth at the altar, so to speak.

At the beginning of the season, the tradesman abandoned his former 'bride' Elizabeth on their honeymoon.
He claimed he had to leave the show briefly to attend a funeral in New Zealand.
What's more, Sam shocked viewers and his co-stars when he arrived to the dinner party without his 'wife' Elizabeth during an episode in February.

The tradesman cited 'chickenpox' as the reason for his late (and solo) arrival.
'So I've been diagnosed with chickenpox,' he said.
Meanwhile during Monday night's episode, Elizabeth was left stunned as she watched footage of Sam ridiculing her at the boys' night.
During the boys' night, Sam had crudely demonstrated how Elizabeth once tried to suck his finger earlier in the season in a bid to spice up their marriage.
