Cake cutting case: Three, including juvenile, arrested

Salem: Police have arrested three more people in connection with history-sheeter Jesus alias Jesuraj cutting his birthday cake using a machete.
The arrested were identified as Suresh, 29, of Kitchipalayam, Vijayakumar, a supervisor with Salem Municipal Corporation, and a 17-year-old college student. While the juvenile was sent to the borstal school in Namakkal, the remaining two were lodged in the Salem Central Prison under judicial custody.
Police said they have launched a manhunt for another 50 people, who participated in the birthday party. tnn
