HYDERABAD: A fire broke out at a Royal Enfield showroom in Erragadda on Sunday morning.
As the showroom was closed, no employee or customers were there when the blaze erupted. According to officials, no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident.
The fire occurred at around 11.15am following a short circuit in an air conditioner. Nearby shop owners noticed huge smoke and alerted the fire control room.
According to officials, one fire tender and mist bullet were pressed into service and it took less than an hour to douse the fire completely.
"It was a minor fire, none of the vehicles was damaged. The fire took place in a room, so only the AC and one computer got gutted," said station fire officer, Pradeep.
