Shahid Kapoor new movie:Bollywood industry is no doubt making our year full of surprises with one or the other movies. And one such movie which will be making us fall for its content is Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Khan. The film is the remake of the Telugu movie- Arjun Reddy which is helmed by Sandeep Vanga who also directed the original movie. Recently the poster was released which already generated much appreciation from the masses.

The storyline of the movie revolves around a medical student who has anger management issues and eventually becomes an alcoholic after going through a failed relationship. The film also stars Kiara Advani (Lust Stories) fame besides Shahid Kapoor.

The main lead of the movie Shahid said,

“I usually don’t watch too many films in Telugu and it surprised me with its tonality, rawness, simplicity and the fact that it was so real and believable. The character is very fascinating for me as an actor because the emotional arc… is very original. I loved it and Vijay Deverakonda, who played Arjun, did it so well. I think ‘Kabir Singh’ is very special and Arjun Reddy was amazing. As such it’s very stressful making the remake, especially when it has been loved so much.”

The teaser of the movie will be out soon on April 8 and the film will be hitting the theatres on 21 June.
