HYDERABAD: With campaigning slated to end in three days, the BJP has roped in Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath to pitch for its party candidates in various Lok Sabha constituencies. Adityanath will campaign for party candidates in Peddapalli and Zaheerabad Lok Sabha constituencies on Sunday. Interestingly, BJP’s lone MLA T Raja Singh will accompany him in the campaign along with BJP state president K Laxman.
Yogi Adityanath campaigned for party candidates in the 2018 assembly elections. He participated in public meetings at Bhoolapally and Goshamahal assembly constituency.
Meanwhile, BJP national president Amit Shah will address a public meeting at Shamshabad in Chevella Lok Sabha constituency. The BJP president was supposed to attend meetings in Karimnagar and Warangal, but due to unscheduled meetings, he cancelled his visit. Party sources said the party had covered both Secunderabad and Malkajgiri constituencies with union ministers like Sushma Swaraj. Now, it is focussing on Chevella. Union Minister Purushottam Rupala will also attend IT professional meetings.
