VIJAYAWADA: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday released his party manifesto at the state party office in Tadepalli.

The two main contenders - TDP and YSRCP have chosen the auspicious occasion of Ugadi to release the manifestos. Other political parties had released their manifestoes soon after the poll notification was issued.

According to sources, the YSRC will harp on its Navaratnas that include free health and education for the poor and minimum support price for farmers, besides extending health insurance cover to all families with an annual income of less than Rs 5 lakh.

As per the reports, the TDP manifesto will focus on welfare schemes.
