The YSRCP will be elected to power and achieve Special Category Status (SCS) for the State, according to scholar Vishnubatla Lakshmi Narayana Ghanapati.
Rendering the ‘panchanga sravanam’ (the Telugu almanac) on the occasion of Ugadi at the office-cum-residence of party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at Tadepalli near here on Saturday, the scholar said, “After a keen contest between the ruling and opposition parties, the latter will emerge victorious and Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy will be the Chief Minister.”
Attributing it to the favourable position of ‘Saturn’, he said that Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy would extend good governance to the people.
Making a few predictions basing on the position of the stars, the scholar said, “There will be good rains. Farmers will prosper by getting a good price for their produce. Industries too will stand to gain. Several sugar factories will come up. There will be no food shortage. There will be law and order, and peace in the country. Officials will be of great service to the government.” The scholar also predicted a boom in the real estate activity in the State.
