Farmer ends life in Vanthli, cash crunch suspected

Rajkot: A farmer ended life by hanging self at his home in Lushala village of Vanthli taluka in Junagadh Saturday morning. According to police, the deceased Dilip Tatalia (50) died before he could be brought to the hospital. Dilip’s brother Jagdish told the police that they were three brothers cultivating on 2.5 bigha land and they were under financial stress.
However, police said that Dilip was living a lonely life since last 15 years after the death of his wife. Police suspect that could also be one of the reasons behind Dilip’s suicide.
