Former MLA Ranjit Dhillon raises question marks over Bittu's achievements

LUDHIANA: The former SAD MLA and district president SAD Ranjit Singh Dhillon again went live on his FB page for asking a few questions to congress MP and candidate Ravneet Bittu on Saturday evening.


He first of all welcomed Bittu on his arrival to the city with great pomp and show but asked what he has done for city in previous five years for which he is arranging such car rallies. He said he had not fulfilled even a single promise made to voters and now when he will go to seek votes people will also ask all these things.

He said that instead of putting posters on walls he should have done something for people so that he would not have to do all such gimmick.

SAD leader claimed they have submitted complaints to the district administration against these posters earlier also but no action was taken over the complaints. He said they will now approach electoral officer Punjab against the posters.

He said almost on every electricity polls, over bridges, and many public places, posters and hoardings of Bittu were put up by the party.

"We demand from the Election Commission to add expenses of around 10000 boards in the account of Congress leader Bittu and FIR should also be registered against Bittu for misusing the government machinery. Even on around 200 auto rickshaws posters of Bittu have been put up and that too without three permission of election office. These three wheelers should also be impounded as the same are being run without any permission"

He invited Bitti for a debate on his achievements. He said he should first answer public questions and then do anything in elections and on May 23 he will get all the answers.
