New CellTrak Services Help Agencies Improve Onboarding and Retention

These services support agencies in achieving learning and development objectives and are comprised of three offerings: CellTrak Content Customization service, CellTrak Content Hosting service, and CellTrak Source File Delivery service. The services are available as of April 4, 2019.

With turnover rates reported to be as high as 67%, agencies must make learning and development an ongoing strategic priority. In addition, the service also encompasses producing new content for specific business goals, like onboarding videos to speed and improve adoption.
• CellTrak Content Hosting service enables customers to use LearningManager as their LMS. This service streamlines the management of their learning and development process by enabling them to create and manage their own library of content. In addition, caregivers and other staff benefit from a single access point for agency policies and procedures as well as CellTrak content.
• CellTrak Source File Delivery service provides LearningManager videos and reference materials in editable formats to a customer for posting to their LMS. Customers can fine-tune these materials for their needs. In addition to controlling the use of content, this service enables customers to control the delivery of the content to their learners.
