A Sydney mother is considering legal action after the changing table her two-year-old son was laying on suddenly crashed to the floor.
In early March, Rene Cady was at the Woolwich Pier Hotel, in Sydney's north, with her son Louis, two, when she noticed his nappy needed to be changed.
Mrs Cady claims her son was resting on top of the fold out changing table in the toilets when it suddenly broke off the wall and crashed onto the hard tile floor, 7 News reported.

'I found him face down, well down on his front, head to the side,' Mrs Cady said.
Louis was rushed to the closest hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a mild concussion.
Mrs Cady said if Louis may not have been so lucky if he had been any younger or smaller.
Louis only weighs 13.5kg, which puts him well under the weight limit for the changing table, which are typically designed to hold children under 22kg.
Mrs Cady said she has since contemplated taking legal action, however, she will first have to find out who is liable.
'You have these venues – 'family friendly?' No,' she said.

The Woolwich Pier Hotel told the program the contractors who installed the changing table were liable for any safety issues.
'If the change table was correctly installed and correctly used the table should not fall from the wall,' a statement read.
Those contractors, Davidson Washrooms, told 7 News the changing table was installed to specifications and was safe.
