Congress needs to clarify its position on taxing the middle class

Indian-American economist Abhijeet Banerji, known to be advising the Congress on NYAY, and the party campaign head Sam Pitroda have asked the middle class to brace for higher taxes. Is the party reversing its consistent post-1991 economic reform promise of “moderate and predictable taxation?” It must come clean.
