Munavalli attacks Jarkiholis

Belagavi: The Congress leadership should not bank on the image of the Jarkiholi brothers to win in Chikkodi and Belagavi, former KPCC member Shankar Munavalli said here on Thursday. “The Jarkiholis have become infamous as they have been accused of grabbing land and using goondas to suppress opponents,” he added.
“Prakash Hukkeri and VS Sadhunavar are in an illusion that they will win with the blessings of the Jarkiholis. The Jarkiholis don’t want any leaders in the Congress to grow . So, they will ensure their defeat. They have done it several times,” he alleged.TNN
