From homegrown companies to tech behemoths, the most sought-after companies are those offering jobs, fairness in working conditions and wages.
The 'top companies' list is based on feedback from LinkedIn’s 54 million users in India. It is collated on the basis of four main pillars: interest in the company; engagement with employees; job demand; and employee retention.
LinkedIn’s study is a part of wider analysis of the top companies to work for across Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, the U.K. and the U.S.
Here are 2019's top 25 companies, according to LinkedIn:
Flipkart
Last year, Walmart acquired the Flipkart group, which also houses Myntra, Jabong and PhonePe. Several employees became millionaires after the company got acquired for $16 billion. Flipkart, as per LinkedIn, outscores other gig-economy platforms on fairness of working conditions and wages.
