Launching a blistering attack on West Bengal chief minister, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday described Mamata Banerjee as a “speedbreaker” in West Bengal’s development. “"I have not been able to ensure development of Bengal in the same speed as in the rest of the country,” he said. While addressing a public rally in Siliguri, Modi stressed that the chief minister must be voted out of power. The prime minister also took potshots at opposition leaders for expressing doubts over Balakot strike. He attacked Congress over its manifesto that talks about review of AFSPA.
