'Lots of things I regret in my life but one thing is certain I love my kids and families the dearest,' Mr Fox said.
'Just remember even the smallest act of kindness costs nothing, make a stranger smile and have an awesome time doing it.'

Mr Odenwalder called for an increase in the minimum age of obtaining a licence and for the length of the provision licence to be extended to three years.
Current road Safety Minister Corey Wingard said they were consulting with the public before making changes, but it will being doing so on Wednesday.
'We know that we do need to consult widely to make sure that we get the best outcome for South Australia,' Mr Wingard said to Nine News.
