Bride and Prejudice's Dylan Fragomeni reveals the bloody and bruised stitches on her arms following surgery to remove excess skin... after losing 36kg with a gastric sleeve
She lost a whopping 36kgs with a gastric sleeve three years ago.
And now former Bride and Prejudice star Dylan Fragomeni has taken the next step in her weight loss journey, by undergoing surgery to remove excess skin on her arms.
The 31-year-old has been sharing progress photos on Instagram - including some gory images of the 'horrible incisions' left from the procedure.

In the most extreme images, Dylan's swollen arms are covered in fresh, dark bruises and jagged stitches.

'What amazing results,' she wrote on Instagram. 'Thank you Dr Amjadi and everyone at Sydney Private Hospital.'
She continued: 'Obviously it’s still got some swelling and it will take a while to get back into shape but I’m 110% happy with the results.

'I was so worried I wasn’t going to be happy with them but I’m honestly over the moon.'
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, the brunette said that she's open to getting more surgery down the line.
'I'm seeing how the arm recovery goes, and if it all goes well then next year I'd like to do a breast lift and tummy tuck,' she said.

Last year, Dylan told New Idea magazine that she shed 36kg through a sleeve gastrectomy, otherwise known as a gastric sleeve.
The procedure involves drastically decreasing the size of a patient's stomach so they're unable to eat as much food as before.
The FIFO worker revealed at the time that she was happy with her surgery, but was struggling with the excess skin leftover from her weight loss.
'I now have skin that hangs down and my boobs are like deflated balloons,' she admitted.

Dylan starred on the second season of Channel Seven's Bride and Prejudice with her partner Ange Taylor.
Throughout the series, the couple faced resistance from Ange's religious father John, who didn't approve of their same-sex relationship.
The pair are still together and currently have their own YouTube channel.
