Norican Global A/S, the ultimate holding company of Disa India, has announced the resignation of Robert E Joyce, Jr as President and CEO of Norican Group effective March 31, 2019. Anders Wilhjelm has been appointed the new President and CEO of Norican Group from April 1, 2019, Disa India informed the exchanges. Shares of the company slumped 3.54 per cent at ₹5,999.95 on the BSE.
