The wife of retired AFL star Liam Picken has shared a touching tribute to her husband looking back on her favourite moments in his stellar decade-long career.
Lifestyle blogger Annie Nolan, who has been married to the Western Bulldogs player since 2015 and shares three children with him, took to Twitter to boast about her partner.
'My beautiful husband, Liam Picken, retired from AFL today. I thought I would recap my top 10 most memorable moments from his career,' she wrote.

Ms Nolan shared how proud she was when her husband kicked three goals during the 2016 Western Bulldogs Grand Final and was named the Best Finals Player.
She also shared the hilarious time he wore his shorts backwards and the embarrassing moment he accidentally wiped out umpire Courtney Lai.
'Thank you to everyone that has supported Liam and our family, particularly the last year,' Ms Nolan posted.
'It means so much to us! Football has provided us a lot and I’ll always be thankful for that. I couldn’t be prouder of you and your career. Congratulations.'
Ms Nolan also mentioned the emotional time her husband comforted her after her brother passed away despite having a game the next day.
'At the game my late brother’s favourite player (Paul Chapman) got in a fight with him. Felt like the final piece of banter between my bro and Liam,' she wrote.

He announced his retirement on Monday after struggling with ongoing concussion symptoms (pictured with his wife Annie, twin daughters Delphi and Cheska and son Malachy)
'Unfortunately his knocks (and) concussions were also memorable,' she said.
'For how hard Liam played, I’m not at all surprised he was stretchered off from his final game rather than chaired off.'
Picken, who played 198 games, announced his retirement on Monday after struggling with ongoing concussion symptoms.
'I can concentrate on my rehab now but I'm going to miss this place. Its been such a pleasure to come in here,' he said to his teammates.

Many fans shared their disappointment with losing a 'fabulous player' and congratulated his achievements.
'A fabulous player. The joy over his Grand Final efforts wasn’t limited to Bulldog fans,' one person said.
Another shared: 'Wonderful player, full of guts and determination, not to mention loads of talent. We'll miss him.'
'He made our hearts dance, sing. We will never forget his deeds. If we could, we’d carry him on our shoulders,' one person posted.
