Class 10 exam delayed in Samana

Representative imagePATIALA: Students of Class X in Patiala who were supposed to appear for their social science exam on Monday had to suffer a lot due to delay in the distribution of question papers. This happened as the teachers received the questions papers from the stock centre one hour after the scheduled time. This despite Punjab State Board Education Board making claims of conducting the exams smoothly.
Some teachers from Samana block reported the delay in distribution of social science question papers here on Monday as their stock centre HDFC Bank was found closed at 9am. The bank officials were supposed to handover the question papers before the scheduled time but the bank was found closed. Finally, it was at 11am – an hour after the scheduled time, when the students got the question papers.
