Nashik: Three masked bike-borne men robbed Rs3.5 lakh from a medical equipment trader in Nashik, police said on Sunday. Virag Chandrakant Shah (38) had reached his housing society and was parking a two-wheeler in the basement when the three accused fired a shot at him, possibly from an airgun, and escaped with his bag containing Rs3.5 lakh. “The incident happened at 9pm on Sat in Kulkarni Colony, close to the PCR. Efforts are on to nab the trio,” the official added.
