The site reports that the statute of limitations for prosecuting Blaine, in both cases, has lapsed.????((VO-Blaine/Natasha Prince))??The Hill notes that one of the alleged accounts occurred inside Blaine’s apartment in 1998 and the other instance stems from a 2004 allegation involving former model Natasha Prince who reportedly claims Blaine raped her.
