TOKYO, April 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Internet Initiative Japan Inc. ("IIJ", NASDAQ: IIJI, TSE1: 3774) announced that further to its announcement on February 7, 2019 regarding its intention of delisting from the NASDAQ Exchange (“NASDAQ”), IIJ has notified the NASDAQ on April 1, 2019 (Eastern Time in the U.S.) that IIJ will apply for voluntary delisting of its American Depositaries Shares (“ADSs”) from the NASDAQ.
