Godrej Properties says sold over 2,900 homes in January-March MUMBAI: Realty developer Godrej Properties has announced selling over 2,900 homes with a booking value in excess of Rs 2,100 crore during the quarter ended March.

With a total area of around 3.75 million sq ft, the company has achieved its highest ever bookings numbers in the quarter, Godrej Properties said in a release.

This was Godrej Properties’ best ever quarter for bookings surpassing previous best-ever residential sales quarter, achieved in third quarter of 2018-19, by around 50%. The company launched four new projects during the quarter.

“…We are excited to build on this momentum and deliver another record breaking year in FY20," said Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairman, Godrej Properties.
