Auto components manufacturer Samvardhana Motherson Group , through its arm Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd, has entered into a joint venture with Hamakyorex Co Ltd of Japan for finished vehicle logistics in India. With the Indian automotive market expected to experience increased offering of more advanced vehicles, Hamakyorex found it the right time to enter India and grow the land transportation business of finished vehicles, the company said on Monday. “This JV will do the best in India, which has the potential to bring synergetic effects as well as contribute distribution efficiency to customers,” said Osuka, Chairman of Hamakyorex.
