Trial for Queensland man over fatal punch delayed

A trial of a man accused of killing of a 50-year-old man in a one-punch attack at a Queensland KFC car park has been delayed.

Conrad Joseph Carter, 35, is accused of the murder of Wayne Tolmie, who died in hospital after being knocked to the ground in the June 2016 attack in Morayfield, north of Brisbane.

Carter was set to face trial in Brisbane Supreme Court on Monday, but the matter was pushed back until Tuesday due to a legal issue.
