Family demands answers in fifth grader\'s death

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Jermaine Van Dyke, the father of RaNiya Wright, a South Carolina fifth grader who died after suffering injuries in a classroom fight is demanding answers from the school district.

"I'm here today looking for justice for my daughter and I wanted to find out what happened, how it happened and who was involved," said Van Dyke at a news conference on Monday.

His attorney Mark Pepper says the family has received no new details from school officials regarding the March 25th fight at Forest Hills Elementary School in Walterboro.
