High Court Orders Day-To-Day Hearing In Death Sentence Case Of 1984 Riots
A bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Manoj Kumar Ohri said the appeal and the death reference of convict Yashpal Singh would be heard on daily basis till the conclusion of arguments.
The court had earlier sought response of police on Yashpal Singh's plea challenging his death sentence.
